MEA explained an overall operation of Energy Mind Award 2014 project to the executive board of 60 schools

On April 29, 2014, Mr. Somchai Wiwatwattana, Deputy Governor, Metropolitan Electricity Authority has presided over the meeting to explain an overall operation of Energy Mind Award 2014 project to the executive of 60 schools at Metropolitan Electricity Authority Head Office.
Energy Mind Award Project is an activity that Metropolitan Electricity Authority has cooperated with Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahidol University and Association for the Development of Environmental Quality aimed to build awareness and consciousness of energy consumption to be more valuable and more effective to all related education officers together with improving an academy to be an outstanding academy in energy and environment. In order that, an Energy Mind Award Project has been operated since year 2008 until now, year 2014, total of 182 schools have participated, therefore there are 30 schools have received the 5 star-reward. Moreover, the project has been continuously improved and accepted by many schools and community, which caused by clearly operation outcome to encourage consciousness of energy and environmental preservation to education officer and student in the schools.
The meeting of Energy Mind Award 2014 project has clarified in detail and overall operation in year 2014 of the project to define the process of energy and environmental operation of academy accordingly and operate in the same direction, including to improve education standard to be outstanding in energy and environment academy which has integrated to energy and environmental preservation completely in order to achieve the goal of Energy Mind Award successfully.
