MEA held “Young MEA energy tracking batch 7” activity

Young MEA project of Metropolitan Electricity Authority pay attention to the youth who are the future of the country. Especially, development of academic, ethic and moral in appropriate and sustainable direction by leading Young MEA member who are the new generation young people to participate in creative activity through website to improve themselves and society to move forward more secure. However, the good activity was prepared for Young MEA member all year without charges. Metropolitan Electricity Authority guided Young MEA member between the ages of 12 – 18 for 60 people to participate in learning and investigating the source of electricity in “Young MEA energy tracking batch 7” activity at The Sirindhorn International Environmental Park, Cha-am, Phetchaburi and also built the energy learning center at Wat Bangkorbua School, Samutprakarn during May 6 – 9, 2014. In order to enhance the knowledge about the source of energy and sustainable preservation energy to young people. 

“Young MEA energy tracking batch 7” activity is held by Metropolitan Electricity Authority. In this year, there were youth between the ages of 12 – 18 for 60 people have participated in the activity during May 6 – 9, 2014 at The Sirindhorn International Environmental Park, Cha-am, Phetchaburi. Therefore, to transfer knowledge and  experience about electricity distribution system which start from the source of electricity, electric current flow deep in details at the center of the city at electricity distribution center of Metropolitan Electricity Authority. Together with introducing an electric car and MEA EV Charging Station according to learn the principle of energy, environment preservation and biodiversity through Energy Station which provide the knowledge and entertainment to encourage the conscience of concrete nature conservation. Moreover, the youths have a chance to perform for charity with volunteer of Metropolitan Electricity Authority in “Young MEA Hero” mission to build the learning base of Greenhouse Effect to be an energy learning center which is donated to the student of Wat Bangkorbua School, Samutprakarn in order to stimulate an awareness of energy, encourage sustainable society and learning how to use electricity more effective and safety.
