MEA invites everyone to soak in the millions of decorative lights in honor of The Queen Mother’s birthday August 12, 2019

On August 12, 2019, Mr. Jaturong Suriyasasin, Assistant Governor of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) and MEA Spokesperson, revealed that, in honor of The Queen Mother's birthday, MEA has installed 4.5 million decorative lights along 12.5 kilometers of streets and places as follows.

MEA would like to invite the public to experience the beauty of wonderful street lights on this auspicious occasion from now until 18 August 2019 during 18.00 - 24.00 hrs. daily. However, the lights were switched on all night until 06.00 a.m. next day on August 12, 2019.
